Coratina extra virgin olive oil is the greatest manifestation of our land, Puglia.
A real "olive juice", its smell is intense, surprising and fascinating.

All these sensations enclosed in an oil rich in antioxidant polyphenols present within it.

250 ml
The harvested olives are transported to the mill, where in a few hours they are transformed into extra virgin olive oil.
Placed in large containers, the olives are inserted into the leaf remover which eliminates all the leaves and branches in
redundancy. Before passing through the crusher, the olives go through a washing process
to eliminate further impurities. Once fragmented, they are transferred to the malaxer, a large tank where large blades rotate that slowly and continuously mix the mixture.

750ml
In this delicate phase the
temperature must not exceed 27 degrees in order to maintain the organoleptic properties unchanged.
Cold pressed means just that: carrying out all the production phases at a temperature below 27 degrees.

500ml and 100ml
This is just a phase of production, collection, transport,
washing, pressing, centrifugation and finally packaging cycles, all fundamental and treated to the minimum
details in order to obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil. From the yellow-green color, its smell
forte transports you to an orchard, bitter and spicy are its main characteristics given by the presence of
