My story
My grandfather loved to tell stories and I listened to him for hours while the winds from the sea caressed our olive trees. The leaves, moved by the wind, became the singing sea.
He was a wise man, he worked the land with dedication to loving every single part of it, a love handed down from generation to generation. He, like the olive trees, belonged to the earth, an arid land, carved by the mistral wind, beaten by storms and burned by the scorching sun, full of wounds but equally generous and strong, it was for him a sense of belonging, memory, roots.
I still remember his big hands a collect the fruits that the earth gave him, climbing the trees, between age-old trunks and thick foliage. Its shadow and that of the olive tree met, united.
Now in his wonderful memory we cultivate this land from which our Quaradica oil is born.

Our reality

Centuries-old olive trees flood our wonderful Puglia, a wealth to be preserved and valued for us and for the next generations. Our company produces Coratina monocultivar extra virgin olive oil exclusively from land plants that have always belonged to our family.
We take care of our olive trees, taking care not to alter the natural processes of the plant, respecting the life cycles without making irreversible changes to the soil and preferring a non-intensive type of cultivation. Being attentive to the environment is an ethical question, for the protection of the earth and the olive trees themselves, considering that they are real natural monuments.
Incorporating sustainable extra virgin olive oil into your diet is a conscious choice for the good of your body and organism. Over the years we have upset our habits, the speed of the rhythms imposed by this era has led us to prefer foods that are easier to find but that no longer have the qualitative characteristics of the past. For this it is necessary to restore the ancient values that bind us to our land and that they must help us to develop ever more genuine food choices aimed at our well-being.
